Exchanging would then need to be done with other items with a similar price and that will be the same as purchasing a new product with the money you can get refunded from the previous purchase. Thus, to not complicate things we recommend you request a refund then place a new order instead.
A: Yes. We will gladly accept a refund request as long as the product is unused and unwashed. You can send us the order number and ship the product back to us. We will then refund your full amount for that product within 7 - 14 days. Note that you will have to cover the delivery fee for sending the product back to us.
