Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be in the same condition as received
• Original packaging and tags must be included
• Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage
• Intimate apparel and custom-altered items are not returnable

Return Process:

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Receive return shipping instructions and prepaid label
• Package item securely and ship within 3 business days
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

Return shipping costs are covered by OOTR for defective or incorrectly described items. For other returns, shipping costs may apply.
